This is a formal request for Susie Wiles and James Blair to stop harassing me with texts and calls.
If there is a factual inaccuracy in what I said, send it to me in writing and I will vigorously correct and apologize for any misstatements. I will note that everything I said is substantiated by other senior officials.
If you want to file a lawsuit and get into discovery of whether it’s provably true that Ballard and Continental had an undue influence on the White House policy process, do it.
I believe we are in an existential moment for the country, and Americans were owed an honest accounting of the past two years so we identify the problems we need to move on from.
Data Centers Sucking Up Your Retirement Savings
"Because of the way that the AI and hyperscaler companies financing the data centers are raising capital both on balance sheet and off balance sheet, investors with index stocks, bond funds, and private equity do not understand that they have developed enormous concentrations in a handful of companies, all obfuscated by complex packaging."

You know how you can tell I'm over the target?
When my video premiered two hours ago, it had Closed Captions. Now, it doesn't.
They don't want a transcript of the show to feed the AI crawlers....
Sneaky bastards.

Data Centers: Sucking Up Your Retirement Savings with Taylor Hudak
By Catherine Austin Fitts
Our theme for the 3rd Quarter 2026 Wrap Up is a topic in the headlines and on many people’s mind: data centers. Earlier this year, I asked writer Taylor Hudak to investigate the various mechanisms serving to finance the explosion of data centers all over the United States, and in response, she has produced two revealing reports.
The first report, Are Taxpayers Helping to Finance America’s Data Center Boom? A Quest for Clarity (published in June), looked at the federal, state, and local government incentives that have facilitated the rapid build-out of over 4,000 AI data centers (and counting).
This week, Taylor joins me to discuss her second blockbuster report, Overbuilt Infrastructure, Underexamined Risk: Financing the Data Center Boom, which “follows the money trail” in four critical areas:
Federal subsidies
Large asset managers and private equity
Retirement contributions
Off-balance-sheet debt
Taylor’s report is so important that we are making it available to everyone, subscribers and non-subscribers alike. Please share it with others who may find it valuable.

Your grocery money can help keep a local farm in business. Give that some thought the next time you fill your cart.
I want to know who grows my food. I want more families earning a living feeding their neighbors. And I want our communities to have more choices about where dinner comes from.
This FRIDAY, November 6 at 1 PM ET, @CoreyDigs joins me on STEEL NEWS to talk about Tekel and building a food supply closer to home.
Farmers, bakers, makers, and customers—this takes all of us.

I've been presenting solutions for years. Would you rather spend hours a day complaining on social media, or would you rather live a self-reliant life in NO FEAR?

Candace Owens read a Glacier ad on her show two days after I posted an article calling out Glacier's transparency and privacy issues. When her viewers questioned it, she and her groupies spent the past two weeks calling my Glacier research “trash” and “laughable.” Well...
Since my article, Glacier has changed six of the things I called out.
(1) I said Glacier changed its privacy policy without dating it or telling anyone. In an update dated October 27, Glacier published a revision history for the first time, and it confirms the change came on July 24, 11 days after the app went on sale.
(2) I said Glacier keeps your call history and the audio of your voicemails with no time limit. On October 27, Glacier updated its policy to say it keeps call records for 48 hours with the phone company and up to 7 days on its own servers. It also deleted the words “including audio recordings” from its policy, but it still stores the audio of every voicemail left for you (they should update that IMO).
(3) I said burner numbers aren’t anonymous. Glacier’s October 27 policy now admits the ID on your calls is “pseudonymous rather than anonymous,” and its own white paper says Glacier can match that ID back to you. Glacier holds the key that ties every burner call to your account, your email and your payment details. The new white paper can be found on their website.
(4) I said Glacier never told customers what happens when the government asks for their data. On October 27 it added a section reporting zero requests. That number only counts demands sent to Glacier. Your call records also sit with Twilio, the phone company behind the burners.
(5) I said customers had no way to see the code behind the app. By November 4, Glacier’s policy linked to its code on GitHub for the first time. The version Glacier’s own white paper says it reviewed isn’t there, and every commit was made from a glacier security email (the NSA gov contractor, not the glacier app).
(6) I said burner calls aren’t as private as advertised. On October 21, the day after my article, Glacier dated a new white paper saying burner numbers don’t guarantee anonymity and that phone companies can keep your records after you burn a number. Glacier still sells those lines for $4.99 a month with a help page promising “no trail" (they need to update that still I would guess).
Here is what Glacier still hasn’t fixed that would help consumers:
- Its help center still promises burner numbers leave “no trail" but its own white paper says otherwise.
- It calls itself an “independent company,” but every commit in its code comes from a Glacier Security email, and Glacier Security, a defense contractor headquartered next to NSA’s Fort Meade campus, lists Glacier App as one of its own products.
- Its Apple privacy label still says the only data tied to you is your purchases. Its own policy says your email, call records and voicemails are tied to your account.
Two hours after her Glacier ad aired, I asked Candace to help push Glacier for more transparency (see messages attached). She told me my research had “big, glaring errors” and continued to tell me how trash it was.
Transparency is what a company owes the people who trust it and pay for its services. I was attacked for asking, and Glacier just proved I was right to ask.
