Hoy mirando el programa de Maggy Talavera nos sorprendimos con la entrevista al Ing. José Padilla, ex director de Chaco Energías, que confirma todo lo que venimos denunciando desde el Senado.

El Ing. Padilla estaba investigando por su cuenta, desde adentro de la empresa, exactamente lo mismo que nosotros investigamos desde afuera: las operaciones de criptominería con energía de la termoeléctrica de Bulo Bulo.

¿Qué pasó? Lo cambiaron. Ya no es director.
Un director de la empresa estatal que investiga un negocio millonario dentro de su propia empresa y lo sacan del cargo. La coincidencia es demasiado grande para ser casualidad.

Esto confirma lo que venimos diciendo: no se quiere transparentar este tema. Alguien tiene mucho que esconder y está dispuesto a mover piezas para que la verdad no salga.

Primero Alps Blockchain publicó que tenía contrato con Chaco y después lo borró de su página web. Después Chaco emitió un comunicado negando todo mientras su Gerente General tiene firmada la carta de intención con todas las condiciones comerciales. Ahora sacan al director que estaba investigando desde adentro.

El patrón es claro: cada persona o institución que se acerca a la verdad es silenciada, removida o desmentida.

Ing. Padilla, desde el Senado lo respaldamos. Su valentía al investigar desde adentro y hablar públicamente después de ser removido demuestra que hay funcionarios honestos que no se venden.

A los que mueven piezas para tapar esto les digo: cada movimiento que hacen para ocultar la verdad nos confirma que estamos en el camino correcto. Y cada persona que sacan del camino nos motiva más a llegar al fondo.

La investigación continúa. Con más fuerza que antes. Porque ahora no solo tenemos nuestros documentos. Tenemos el testimonio de un ex director que lo vio desde adentro.

¿también va a decir que el Ing. Padilla miente?

Esto recién empieza. Y cada día se pone más interesante.

¿Qué tiene que ver un accidente aéreo con un supuesto incumplimiento contractual? ¿Por qué ambos hechos terminan dentro de un mismo proceso?

Si el BCB es el presunto afectado, ¿por qué no se constituyó como víctima? ¿Cómo concluye la Fiscalía que hubo un incumplimiento y decide aprehender al representante de la empresa? ¿No debería ser el propio BCB quien establezca si existió o no ese incumplimiento?

La prioridad debería ser esclarecer las causas del accidente y establecer las responsabilidades con absoluta transparencia. Las víctimas merecen justicia y el país merece respuestas.

Casos como este demuestran por qué es urgente una reforma profunda de la justicia. Bolivia necesita fiscales y jueces independientes, que actúen conforme a derecho y no generen más dudas que certezas.

La investigación sobre Zapatero acordando con Arce un fallo del Tribunal Constitucional me ayuda mucho a entender algunas cosas misteriosas.
Durante mucho tiempo me he preguntado por qué los juicios que he tenido los ganaba en las cortes internacionales y los perdía en Bolivia.
Bueno, la investigación española a Zapatero lo muestra cristalinamente: si los presidentes se metían en los fallos, ¿cómo iba a ganar yo?
Muy útil este dato español para los litigantes y también para los hombres y mujeres de buena voluntad en Bolivia.
Así funcionaba la justicia.
Me miraron raro cuando propuse que eliminemos al Tribunal Constitucional. Ahora estoy doblemente seguro de que tengo razón.
Así como España investiga a Zapatero, Bolivia debería investigar a Arce y a los miembros de los tribunales que estuvieren metidos en esto.
En lugar de plantear esto, lo importante, algunos “vivos” me quieren meter a mí en la investigación. Es una maniobra de distracción, porque yo vendí Soboce diez años antes de la reunión de Zapatero con Arce.
Mientras tengamos tanto “vivo” en puestos de decisión, estaremos muy atrasados en materia de Justicia y los lobbies corruptos seguirán haciendo mucha plata.
