Don’t curse delays. No matter how much you hate it. It’s human nature to want things to happen when we want them. But the truth is, behind every delay, there's a blessing. Do not regard every delay as negative. Remember, the Almighty knows what we don’t. So lay your full trust.

Be grateful not just occasionally but daily. Don’t take anything for granted because as much as He gives, He can also take away. Thank Him for all that you have. Don’t compare your life to others. They may look ‘“perfect” on social media but they all have problems in real life.

There will be times when things happen and you can’t comprehend them. That’s okay. The Almighty works in amazing ways which our minds cannot fathom at times. Don’t try to understand everything. You’ll end up frustrated. You just have to trust Him. That’s where faith comes in.

The ones who matter are those who cheer loudest for you when you’re down. They believe in you when others don’t. They stand by you when others have abandoned you. Such people are few and far between these days. You’re blessed if you have such a person in your life.

Don’t be foolish and start comparing yourself with others. It will rob you of your inner peace and you’ll find yourself heading down the slippery road of envy and jealousy. The truth is you’re unique. The Almighty created you to do things that no one else was created to do.

Whatever others may have done to you, don’t let their actions turn you cold on the inside. More importantly, don’t let it make you unkind. Seek comfort and solace in the Almighty. Cry your heart out, be sad but get up again. Learn from the experience but don’t become bitter.

How to stay positive in a world that’s quite bleak out there? Let’s admit it. It can be rather difficult at times. But the bottom line is: you should always thank the Almighty for what you have and trust Him for all your needs. Never doubt what He can do.

We live in a world that’s obsessed with gaining more. More wealth, fame, money, attention, friends, etc. We forget to appreciate what we have along the way. Don’t be surprised when the Almighty decides to take away what He’s blessed you with because you were so distracted.

The life lessons sent your way are never wasted. The Almighty doesn’t waste anything. He has a reason & purpose for everything that happens in your life. It is all part of your journey. The challenges, setbacks, delays, roadblocks are all there for your own good. Trust Him.
