@DanClarkSports I do agree, I think the helmet prevented this from being something worse. You can definitely see the baseball in his hand and swing it hitting the side of the helmet, neck area.
@nut_history “tie goes to the runner” is NOT an official.
What the rule ACTUALLY says
The runner is out if:
•The fielder has secure possession of the ball
•AND touches the base before the runner touches it
If the runner gets there first → SAFE
@brianmctaggart Oh boy!! Framber took it out in Salazar and I think he didn’t like been corrected for it. He is done! I know this is baseball and our guys are prolly tired but I know they have not given up like many people are saying. Stop being so damn pessimistic people.
@michaelschwab13 I believe they do care, I get frustrated too but we saw Altuve FIGHTING 8 pitches off before he walked and Carlos 9 or 10 in the bottom 3. I think some folks not giving the Seattle pitching credit. We need to invest in some good starting pitchers and bullpen pen guys next year.
@michaelschwab13 All I know is that we are doing it again, can’t get the damn ball over the infield. Seattle 8 hits 4 of them HRs Astros 1 = 0 runs. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
