#Barclays not sure what is going on at Barclays. Am I the only experiencing terrible customer service? Senior mgrs should be fired for the qty of barriers they’ve erected between them & their customers! … I’ve wasted so 4 hours trying to get through their phones, & got nowhere!

@HeathrowAirport T5 POD parking ripoff! I thought I'd treat my family to premium POD Parking experience, only to find it's not been running for the last month! No mention of this at time of booking! Had they warned we'd be on a bus, I'd have booked cheaper option. I say Fraud!!
