@Chart_TradrSam @AskTopstep Which is absolutely astonishing. I swt my TP before the issues. It was hit during the issues. I got lucky that it was small size, but its completely ridiculous. They can see when i put the orders in and that they never moved. That is why some of us feel like "sorry" isnt enough.

@DawsonTheTrader @Topstep When it costs you thousands of dollars, it definitely is an issue. Then they reset like nothing happened. Always happens on big days too, not just Topstep...

@AmcTrade89 @MichaelPatak Green trades that were completed*. When you can't close a trade that's in profit, and stop/take profits won't activate, then it wasn't counted as a green trade. So you get screwed.

@MoneySignJamie @christianc59228 @Topstep The affected time window was well before open until literally the close. People were reporting issues before open, and my trades had issues at that time. Then it "worked" at the end of the day, but the DOM still was out and people's trades auto closed.
