Coaching Points
- Sprint (Long Stride)
- Drop weight & transition to short stride
- Eyes & chest up
- Graze the bag with your fingertips, palms up
- Leverage the ball, inside shoulder
- Shortened steps, no more than toe to instep
- Take grass on an angle & under control (Shimmy)
- Backside knee through crotch, eyes through chin (Shoot)
- Accelerate feet on contact
- Club up & through, palms & eyes to the sky
