This is the house of punjabi journalist @Rattan1990. Police of @BhagwantMann repeatedly visiting his house at Rampura Phul.

His family said that @PunjabPoliceInd is harassing them & wants to arrest Rattan, but Police is refusing to reveal the case or complaint against him.

This is the reality of press freedom in Punjab,where @bhagwantMann Govt is targeting every journalist & activist who refuses to toe their line.

They recently filed a false non-bailable FIR against me & several other independent journalists just for questioning the misuse of the state helicopter & public money on advts.

Now they are harassing Rattan’s family to silence him. @ArvindKejriwal accuse others of gagging the PRESS while doing the same in Punjab. They have already controlled 90% of the Punjab media by carrot or stick.

Only a few independent journalists & activists are left and this is what they are doing to them...

Within just three days, this requirement was scrapped and the number of posts quietly reduced.

Why this sudden U-turn? Why undermine Punjabi and sideline Punjab’s youth?
The removal of the apprenticeship clause has pushed nearly 2,500 trainees into uncertainty, despite ongoing training.

This isn’t governance, it’s a betrayal of Punjab’s youth, language, and future.
