Who cares what the delivery method is, missile, container ship, doesn't matter. Trump said it ten thousand times. No nukes for terrorist country Iran and that is what people voted for. If not, that promise came with the Trump package. He was incredibly clear about that. Everyone knew this. Trump gave Iran over a year and they did not comply. Instead they are within weeks of weapons grade uranium so Trump did what he promised on a war he actually did not start, but is finishing it.
