@EAHelp Do I need to buy another version of the game under a different xbox username? I just spent money on the game wanting to link it to this account and now I dont understand why I cant... please help

@EAHelp I am trying to link my EA account to my Xbox account so I can earn twitch drops and extra stuff for the game and it says it can't, because it's linked to an email address I dont recognize. What can I do about this? I have included a screenshot as well.....
