My brand new @BoschGlobal fridge woke me up at 3AM with a loud noise that will not turn off. I can't sleep like this… And now I'm gonna lose $$$ on food. I cannot believe that I spent over $3000 for this fridge and it's a piece of crap. Help me #BOSCh#bosch800#boschfridge

@ConvertKit is the WORST email subscriber I have ever used. They literally deleted my account as I was sending an email because I complained to them that their site was glitching. BEWARE!! I do not recommend this company.
Just spent the last hour crafting an email in @ConvertKit. Then the site glitches and I lose everything. Contact their help desk, and a bot responds to my questions asking me the same question. Do better. Worst mailing list server I've ever used. What a joke.
@Qantas I have been calling Australia constantly trying to get ahold of your customer service to get my refund for my COVID flight that you have been holding the credit on forever. No-one ever answers the phone. You're running up my phone bill. HORRIBLE customer service.

@realitynrebirth Being down numerous times in weeks for days at a time, when people have used the site as a cloud drive for works in progress that need to go to editors is a big deal. Don't be passive aggressive to those who may actually have been negatively affected, just because you haven't.
@SkelleSkull Exactly. I've only been on the site for just over one month. I've already had to pay twice. It has been down several times now with no access to my work. I don't know if I would be a fool to keep using the site.
@SaboohiA49865@twinbushauthor@4thewords Yeah, my bigger issue is the book is due to my editor on Monday morning. I need to download the words I've written and revise them. I can't wait another 2-5 days for them to fix the issue. And it's troubling they haven't even acknowledged it yet.
