@Hyatt trapped on elevator for 55min tonight. The elevator certificate indicated it hasn’t been inspected since Aug 2021. Staff apologized & put elevator back into service. I asked maintenance if he was going to take the elevator down & he said he’d take the stairs. Me too. #fail
