Before obtaining citizenship, Marcin Stanislaw Garbacz — a FORMER CATHOLIC PRIEST — secretly recorded a 17-year-old child showering in Poland and worked a scheme to steal over $250K in cash collections from three parishes within the Diocese of Rapid City, South Dakota.

An ICE Operation False Haven investigation revealed that this former priest failed to disclose his criminal behavior throughout his naturalization process.

Garbacz allegedly obtained citizenship fraudulently, so the U.S. has moved to revoke it.
