@AmazonHelp My issue is resolved.

For some reason, Amazon deliberately made it difficult to contact customer service, sending customers in circles on the website, but I went to Google and found a "cheat" to get out of the circle Amazon created to make customers give up, and it worked.

@united charged me extra for the "convenience" of a morning flight, for a seat on the flight, for luggage that every other airline has overhead bin space for, and now my flight has been delayed a third time. Could've done a round trip on @Amtrak faster and cheaper at this point.
