@hbomax the app, in Android, is having problems. Specifically when I pause it and the screen times out. It won't play anything afterwards. Just hangs up and crashes or something.

@PandoraSupport Marginal effect with clearing cache. Lessened the situation but it still pops up. Seems to now be happening on state changes. I could drive no problem, soon as I stopped and turn off the car, it was back when turned on the car.

@hulu_support You have the capability to have a competive edge in the marketplace, something cable can't even do, and make it easy for parents to control content. All these streaming millienials are going to have pre teens and teens soon and will realize how bad parental controls are rn.

@hulu_support I need to understand how to lock down the account to keep the kids from signing up for everything. Other services launch a code entry when making any changes to the account. I cant see how to do that with Hulu.

@hulu_support The purpose of which would be to keep kids in their profiles that would have more restrictions, and out of the parents profiles with with none if they wish. You need to understand how families are using the service so you can make it better.

@hulu_support You should get on that then. While you're at it, create pin code for ratings (like Netflix and Amazon, but Amazon's UI is much better using the firestick remote), and even pin codes for profiles which can only changed from an admin account. 1/2
