@BotElle_@Ask_Spectrum They will never admit that their service is subpar. They'll only ask you to DM them and give you toddler level troubleshooting. Even though it has nothing to do with anything on your side.
@Ask_Spectrum @Tay69Brandon Yo! Stop asking people to DM individually and fix the Internet. It's not any one of your customer's setups or device configurations. Entire cities are being affected. Stop doing the bare minimum already. Worst service you can get and you're the only provider in many locations
@GetSpectrum Internet has been down in 90002 for 24 hrs. I'm not the primary account holder (my roommate is) so I gotta deal with it SMH. So much for getting work done!
