@DellTechMEA i left my laptop, still under warranty for service @ dell authorized service centre. It has been two months and no updates except for we are working on your case as spares is not available. It is very shocking to know that dell does not want to honor it's warranty

@DellTechMEA The customer support executive did call on the next day and promised he would send an email on the timelines for replacement on the same day. It has been three days since. I have not had a single response again. It is really frustrating. Not expected this from Dell
