@AmericanAir is the WORST! Tried to upgrade a flight last night for $97. The app timed out on me 3 times. Attempted again this morning & now it’s $188! Called for assistance & they said $318. Damn shame……

@AmericanAir DO BETTER!!!! Last night I called to add a ticket to an existing reservation. The hold time was 2+ hours; opted for a call back - NEVER received. Called this morning, was told the wait time was 17-22 minutes, 1 hour and 40 min later STILL ON HOLD. DO BETTER

@311DCgov There is an abandoned commercial box truck parked in the 1800 - 1899 block of E St. SE. This truck parked here Monday and has been there since. Multiple requests have been sent for attention to the matter. Not only is it an eyesore, it also poses a safety issue.
