Question of the day. Why are we willing to write standard operating procedures for an AI but we aren’t willing to do it for a person
Will this cause AI to fail?
LLM works best with highly structured info & we expect to give unstructured partial info to people & they should just figure it out
If we treat LLMs the same way we treat people, they fail too.
If we are willing to spend a lot of time & effort creating good information and context to enable LLMs to be successful, why are we not willing to do the same for people?
A few things in life we can’t acquire quickly and need consistent long term investment & discipline. That includes:
Good health
Sustainable wealth
Respectable relationships
Schools rarely teach these, lucky are those who have others to impart these lessons early in their lives.
@NotionHQ I am really looking forward to Notion Mail. The amount of productivity gain using Notion Mail will be amazing. It would be even better if I could use Notion and products at work.
Excited to be speaking at my 4th @codemash in January! Thank you to the selection committee and I can't wait to see everyone at this wonderful conference. 🥳
@TomFrankly Question about Notion Custom AI Blocks. During weekly reviews, I would like it to provide a summary of all changes to my workspace in the last week with reference to the change. My prompts are not providing good responses, ... any ideas
I’ve been speaking in conferences for well over 20 years.
Now that I’m running my own, the @dev2next conference, I’m super appreciative and thankful for all the support, help, and guidance I’m receiving. 😇🫡
If you couldn't attend my "Monitoring All Your Stuff with OpenTelemetry and AWS" session at the AWS Community Day Midwest 2024 conference, you can now on YouTube.
