@HON_AHMEDHUSEN @CitImmCanada Thank you ..My wife’s biometrics for Permanent residency was requested in April 2020.unfortunately visa offices were closed at that time.But she has a valid biometrics given during her visitors visa application given Dec 2019.will it considered under new exemption for biometrics.
