@tbzhobi In addition to this keep the vitamins and minerals in your body up. Ginger, tulsi, honey and lemon in hot water also helped my family. Hope this is helpful, wish you a speedy recovery.

@tbzhobi Take care, make sure you drink a lot of fluids and rest as much as you can. But keep mobilising aswell. Haldi is so good, my family just had covid and I was giving them haldi milk everyday. Helped them recover faster. Also air your room as much as you can to keep the air sterile.
