@ajay43 The lady should have waited for an empty lift , as she’s unable to handle the dog either physically or by command. Dog with muzzle lock is itself a sign of cautiousness. Lady is not visually impaired, she could see the mobile on floor.

No society should celebrate a man being driven to burn himself alive. But moral clarity demands that we distinguish between self-immolation for national freedom vs jihadist terrorism.

Tibetan activist Lobga Rangzen set himself on fire outside the UN headquarters in New York on July 2. But he directed violence against himself because every peaceful avenue for speaking about China’s occupation and cultural erasure of Tibet had seemingly failed him.

A jihadist terrorist directs violence against innocent strangers - children, commuters, worshippers and families. He does not die demanding liberty for his people; he murders others to impose a theocratic order upon them.

One is the desperate sacrifice of a nationalist trying to awaken the world’s conscience.

The other is cowardice disguised as martyrdom: the slaughter of defenceless people marketed as faith, and frequently accompanied by dreams of subjugating or exterminating those branded “kafirs.”

We must never romanticise self-immolation. But neither should we erase the profound moral difference between sacrificing oneself for freedom and sacrificing innocent people for religious supremacy.

Lobga Rangzen’s death should shame the United Nations and every government that looks away while China attempts to erase Tibet.

@virubabu @owlbe @MihirkJha It’s not that easy to understand when you drive 80-100 kmph per hour . There was no blinker also. To change lane in 100 kmph you need nearly 110 metre distance . you would notice hazard like this below that distance. This is absolute insanity by the reversing car driver .

@Nagaland_India 99% of India does not travel our NE and that is the reason it is so disciplined and mesmerising. It’s a place off people highest civic sense. No need of tourist people honking, jumping signals, wrong way driving or crowd doing garba for no reason at public places.
