@wiltshirepolice You say this but when I try to report a driver who was on his phone, inches away from hitting me at well over 70mph when cycling. You call it an alligation even with video evidence and because I was not hit by the car its not your problem. How that prevent serious injury.

This footage was from my morning cycle to work. This vehicle was an inch from my handle bars. With a whole empty lane next to him. also looks as if he is also on his phone. Spoke to the @wiltshirepolice I was told that they wouldn't take footage unless there was a collision.
