🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation.
The club has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right.
The Premier League Board’s intention is that the full process (including any appeals and publication of relevant decisions) is concluded as soon as possible.
The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18:
- Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs
- The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators
- Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits
- During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld)
Imagine replacing every employee at American Airlines, Home Depot or Medtronic with a math olympiad who approached every task as a problem of discovery. Costs would not fall, but would rise rapidly and dramatically as every routine decision would be re-examined from first principles. The organization would drown in intelligence it cannot productively use or absorb
By injecting politics into the protest and attempting to portray the students movement as one against the #TVKVijay government, those who directed their hostility toward Chief Minister Vijay and the TVK administration have now been exposed by actress @ungalsanam.
At a time when the protest against the alleged #NEET question paper leak was meant to remain focused solely on that issue, some participants carried placards reading, 'We need JanaNayagam, not JanaNayagan,' thereby politicizing the students movement. Sanam Shetty has exposed what she describes as the agenda of DMK agents who sought to divert the protest for political purposes. While CJP members have been protesting in Delhi for over 20 days, many of those who had spent the same period discussing and celebrating the FIFA World Cup and new film releases suddenly chose to unleash their hostility when the subject became Vijay. Sanam Shetty has exposed the double standards of these individuals.
The students protest is gradually being diverted from its original purpose. Particularly in Tamilnadu, efforts are being made to steer it in a different direction. While the CJP protesters and the students are demanding only the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, some individuals, unable to come to terms with their political defeat, are using the movement as an outlet for their resentment. By calling this out openly, Sanam Shetty has exposed these elements, and she deserves appreciation for doing so.
Scripts manufacture by their masters elsewhere , being tried to replicate inside the Communists office.
No valid arguments as to why there should be no NEET.
But call for a regime change.
That too ‘Aazaaadi’ in Hindi!
Slogans in Hindi!
*hindi imposition* may be!
Youth of tamilnadu! This is for you !
Wake up. Understand the true intent behind this bunch.

Tonight’s Champions League final for me really solidifies an opinion I’ve had for a while.
Modern football has produced incredible systems, coaching, fitness and tactical organization.
But the elite players of previous generations were more capable of imposing their personality on a match regardless of the system around them.
The modern game produces better collective solutions and I have no doubts that teams are stronger than ever. However, the previous generations produced more individuals willing to create their own.
Players who took responsibility, changed the rhythm of matches and bent games to their will instead of waiting for the system to provide the answer.
Football evolved, the footballer didn’t.
Narayana Murthy is nothing more than a glorified Program Manager who was at the right place at the right time. Low cost, high volume deliverables kept them afloat for decades. Even the minimum wage in the US two decades ago is significantly higher than what an engineer gets paid at Infosys to this day.
The fact that Infosys has remained a sweat shop since its inception with zero softwares brought to the market and transforming into a retirement home of IT coolies whose only aspiration in life is a work trip to the US, speaks about how socialist the Infosys philosophy is, and how low agency and mediocre India’s software developers were for 30 years.
How a genius like Sikka ended up at Infosys is quite astounding.
Albeit, the early employees gained from hitting the jackpot with the shares enabling thousands of them to become millionaires.
And today, we have brilliant minds with high agency, willing to take the risk of innovating and going global with their ideas, while Infosys continues to swim in the cesspool of mediocrity, paying shit salaries, while Murthy and his boomer stock of co founders and executives continue to accumulate insane wealth, while projecting modesty on the outside.
Classic champagne socialist behaviour. Modesty is just the facade because they always knew, they never deserved the wealth they accumulated and they wilfully prevented people from taking high stakes risks, because they feared their profit margins would reduce if the company innovated and created the need for investing in talent who wouldn’t settle for the salaries of a fuel station employee.
Granted, they employed lakhs of people and lakhs of families went from lower middle class to upper middle class or upper class even.
That way even Indian Railways can claim credit for the same reasons.
In between all this, we have somehow bred a generation of people who only care about increasing their networth by hook or crook, and not willing to put in the effort and intellectual rigour in building world class products.
And we expect to compete with Silicon Valley with a handful of genius entrepreneurs who shunned mediocrity.
With the capital Infosys had, they could have easily setup their own Y-Combinator and used the ideas coming out of it to become force multipliers creating an organic ecosystem of innovation labs across the likes of TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro et al, and by now, India would have been on par with the US for technological innovation. But we had Narayana Murthy who thought AI was hyped and rejected the idea to be an early investor in Open AI.
And this guy is supposed to be a technology leader. 😂
