@OnTrac_Shipping delivery disappointing experiences.
I placed a sign on the garage telling the driver to bring the packages downstairs. The driver apparently paused to read the sign, then left the packages directly below the sign.
@AmazonHelp I find this unacceptable. My account had delivery instructions. These instructions have been ignored many times. I have no confidence they will be followed in the future. I was told my account can be marked for non-Amazon Logistics delivery. I want UPS.
@AmazonHelp The driver marked the package as “left on the back porch”. This is obviously the front porch. I was told this won’t happen again. I also was told I’m on the list not to use Amazon Logistics. I want UPS to deliver all my packages. They follow instructions.
@AmazonHelp Ah, I’m glad I was mistaken about not being contacted. I see the message says corrective actions would be or were taken. Since it continued happening, should I expect the same result now?
@AmazonHelp Yesterday I spent 45 minutes with Amazon Logistics to set explicit delivery instructions — just leave packages at any of three (3!) back doors. Today the driver left the package on a planter in plain view of the street.
@AmazonHelp I reported this in August 2019, using this same form. I was not contacted and nothing changed. What makes this repeat submission different?
@AmazonHelp I’ve received 7 packages over the past two weeks, all delivered by Amazon. None of them followed my delivery instructions. I’ve thumbs-downed every delivery with the explanation that the instructions weren’t followed. What’s the point of the instructions?
@AmazonHelp What's the point of delivery instructions when they are ignored (delivered to the front instead of the back door)? What's the point of delivery status if it's false ("handed directly to a resident" when obviously left outside)?
