@Tonyhavlicek @KenCarman This is a bad take, if we lose out the rest of the year we lose the division and miss the playoffs. It would be a HUGE LETDOWN. Winning this game is not that important to the season and development of this team…

[Joff @JSmallZee]

@LeXxMX428 @REFLOG18 It’s really just because of one game though, our awful loss to JAX in week 1. But still pretty wild nonetheless

[Joff @JSmallZee]

@Feftyone @CollinRugg In Swiss’ defense, they almost got a huge upset after tying it up when they were 3 down in round 10!!

Proud of the US team though! We saved the win it by a hair!

Esa combinación no libera a nadie. Solo vende entradas.

Hello @cavs @cavsdan @spidadmitchell! My name is Jon and I’m a Cleveland Clinic cancer nurse and I’ll be at the game tonight again in M117. I’d love to be picked to shoot the half court shot tonight…any chance we can make that happen?

If you claim to support human rights yet can’t bring yourself to show solidarity with those fighting for their liberty in Iran, you’ve revealed yourself. You don’t give a damn about people being oppressed and brutalised so long as it’s being done by the enemies of your enemies.

Sentiments of Venezuelans

I’m going to say this once, and I don’t care if it makes people uncomfortable.

If you have never lived in Venezuela
If you did not grow up there
If you did not watch your country collapse in real time
If you did not stand in food lines
If you did not watch your parents lose everything they built
If you did not have to leave your home with nothing

Then shut the fuck up.

You do not have an opinion.
Your opinion does not matter.
And you don’t get to lecture anyone about what’s happening there.

I’m Venezuelan.
I lived there most of my life until my early twenties.
I watched my country go from a functioning democracy to full blown socialism right in front of my eyes.

This is not politics to me.
This is trauma.

Before socialism, Venezuela was not perfect, but it worked.
There was trade.
There was money coming in.
There was investment from the US.
There were jobs.
There was food.
There was medicine.

My family had five businesses.
We had our home
We had investments.
We had a future.

Then the government started nationalizing everything.
Private companies were taken.
Foreign investors were pushed out.
Imports were blocked.
Price controls destroyed production.
Corruption exploded.

And everything died.

Not slowly.
Violently.

People didn’t suddenly become poor because of “capitalism” or “the US” or whatever bullshit slogan people like to repeat online.

They became poor because socialism destroyed incentives, destroyed production, destroyed trust, and destroyed hope.

People today in Venezuela are not debating ideology.
They are trying to survive.

They are trying to find food.
Trying to find medication.
Trying to keep their families alive.

So when I see people in the West posting from comfortable homes, full fridges, stable currencies, and safe streets talking about “imperialism” or “US bad” or “Trump this or that”

No.
It’s not complicated.
You’re just ignorant.

China is not rebuilding Venezuela.
Russia is not rebuilding Venezuela.
Cartels are not rebuilding Venezuela.

They are stealing.
They are extracting.
They are draining what’s left.

If the US comes in and reinvests
If refineries get rebuilt
If infrastructure gets restored
If imports open back up
If food, water, and medicine become accessible again
If people can work and earn with dignity

Then yes.
Let them take all the oil they want.

Because at least something gets built instead of destroyed.

This is something to celebrate.
Not because it’s perfect.
But because for the first time in a long time, there is hope.

Hope that families can eat.
Hope that people don’t have to flee their country.
Hope that Venezuela can function again.

If you’ve never lived through a country collapsing
If you’ve never watched socialism destroy everything around you
If you’ve never had to leave your home because staying meant starvation

Then again
Shut the fuck up.

This isn’t theory.
This isn’t politics.
This is lived experience.

@realKyleMcC Biggest problem is people continue to spend money they don’t have, work up a ton of debt. People complaining they don’t have disposable income but have 2 car payments, $500k+ mortgage, 5+ streaming payments, etc… No willingness to sacrifice to save and be more responsible

[Joff @JSmallZee]

Fire Kevin Stefanski TONIGHT, make Schwartz interim HC, bench Dillon, give Sanders his shot.

Then sell the team this offseason to Dan Gilbert and get the Haslams out of this state.

Then launch this team into the stratosphere too if you’d like. I don’t care

What is Happening on the Right. And Why.

[Secretary Brooke Rollins @SecRollins]

On my first day @USDA, we told every state to send us their SNAP data so we could make sure illegal immigrants aren’t getting benefits meant for American families. 29 states stepped up. 21 blue states refused — and two SUED US FOR ASKING! 🤦🏻‍♀️

And guess what? In just the states that cooperated, we’ve already uncovered massive fraud.

The Democrat Party has turned its back on working Americans and built its entire strategy around protecting illegal aliens. They know if the handouts stop, those illegals will go back home, and Democrats will lose 20+ seats after the next census.

There’s a new sheriff in town. @POTUS will not tolerate waste, fraud, or abuse while hardworking Americans go hungry.

My home city, New York, is likely to elect a socialist Mayor Tuesday.

I don’t usually report on local politics, but I make an exception for Zohran Mamdani… because people believe his socialist dreams.

Yet what he is promising to do is so STUPID.

Here's why:

There needs to be more talk about this. Radical Islam is wreaking havoc in Nigeria, where innocent civilians are being targeted and slaughtered by its followers.

Many stay silent, but this needs more attention.

“Pure joy in the air” is how an Israeli journalist describes the mood in Israel right now.

But how could that be?

If the Israelis want, above all, genocide and ethnic cleansing, then why would they celebrate a deal that ends the war with no ethnic cleansing and 97% of the Gazans alive?

“Pure joy” is not what you feel when your deepest ambitions have just been thwarted.

It’s almost as if the goal of the war really was to get the hostages back and oust Hamas. It’s almost as if Israelis are motivated by a deep, dark desire to…live in peace with their neighbors.

Just absolutely BRILLIANT.

@realKyleMcC I think maybe better phrasing would be a “walking Christian” goes to church and is actively serving as part of a Christian community. You aren’t saved by serving in a Christian community, only through a personal relationship with Christ.
