I want the car restored to how I dropped it off and fair compensation for a waiter visit that became another week (probably more) without my car. Ugh...

Tesla cracked my glass roof on a waiter visit.

Used 2024 Model Y Performance from Tesla, July 16.

Sept 10 waiter appt for liftgate hinges. Within an hour they cracked the roof taking the trunk off, dented the trunk, and scraped the right rear taillight.

First service was right after delivery: FSD ping-ponging and a low rumble.

Took a week to say the hinges needed parts and FSD was software. Loaner for that week too.

Loaner again now. Almost no updates. App says Sept 18. I highly doubt that... is this a normal experience?
