Today we launched Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image). This state-of-the-art image generation and editing model turns your vision into functional reality with unprecedented control, improved text rendering and factual accuracy.
Rolling out today we are launching Nano Banana Pro, the world’s best image model built to move beyond casual creation and into a new era of studio-quality, functional design.
Nano Banana Pro enables a new level of precision and creative control, transforming the way you bring ideas to life. Here are a couple of our favorite new features:
— Text rendering and translation: Generate crystal-clear text directly within your images. With the model’s advanced language understanding, you can even translate and regenerate visuals with localized text.
— World knowledge: By connecting to Search’s vast knowledge base, Nano Banana Pro generates factually accurate diagrams and realistic product placements, making it an invaluable tool for learning and communication.
The new ChatGPT release is yet another step toward the vision I've been "preaching" for a couple of years now: the idea that we're heading toward a world where we can create anything using just natural language and gestures.
ANYTHING.
In fact, when we need high-level tools, they’ll be generated in real time to solve the task at hand. Interfaces will be completely fluid. There won’t be a need for “a Photoshop,” “a Magnific,” “a WhatsApp,” “an Amazon”... We’ll interact with a single interface that adapts perfectly to us, knows us inside out, and generates the tools we need on the fly.
If you're a supermarket and want to sell your products online, all you'll need is an AI-powered interface that manages your stock and communicates with future LLMs. As a user, traditional websites might even become obsolete, because the only interface you’ll need is the one AI will provide: one fully tailored to you, your personality, and your way of working. It will know you inside out and give you exactly what you need at any moment.
We should’ve seen this coming two years ago. DALL·E 2 and ChatGPT should have already put us on alert, but recent developments have only reinforced this vision.
Gemini just shook the table, making a ton of ComfyUI workflows obsolete in an instant, and even some advanced tool verticals like Magnific took a massive hit. A brutal wake-up call that has rocketed Gemini straight to the top tier.
But this shouldn't come as a surprise. This is simply where we're headed at the speed of light. We're finally catching a glimpse of what truly multimodal models will look like in the future: models that can do anything you ask, from creating a full-fledged video game in real time to editing a "3D" movie scene, letting you move the camera freely. Or even saying, "I want an 8x upscale of this image, inventing new pixels to make it look perfectly real," and it will just do it developing the necessary technology on the fly if needed.
Which companies will be able to adapt to this ever-changing world?
Very few.
At the end of the day, the defensive moat companies like Google, OpenAI, xAI, etc., are building is massive: foundational models in an endless race where raw computing power is everything.
The winner won’t be the one with the best model: models become outdated in weeks or months. The winners will be those who can keep developing competitive models over time, securing the research teams, the technology, access to datasets, and ,most importantly, the massive GPU farms that are already essential (and will be even more so in the future). And just imagine the cosmic impact when we make the leap to quantum computing… but that dream is even further away than AGI at this point.
And how will this change the way we work? The way humans work? Will the very concept of “work” even make sense?
The changes will be massive. I always talk about tsunamis, but this is more like a complete reset. A hard reboot.
Things are about to get wild.
4.5: If you’re not closely watching what’s unfolding in AI right now—especially OpenAI’s Deep Research agent and the blisteringly fast rollout of their O-series models—you’re standing on the edge of history, about to get blindsided.
We aren’t talking incremental steps or modest efficiency boosts. We’re talking a seismic paradigm shift—a fundamental reshaping of how we live, work, and think. These models aren’t just clever assistants; they’re rapidly becoming expert-level operators, autonomously completing research, coding, and analytical tasks at a pace and precision previously unimaginable.
And frankly, society isn’t even close to ready for this intelligence boom. We’re cruising toward a profound disruption of the knowledge economy—one that will redefine not only jobs, but the very meaning of expertise and human purpose. Education, employment, governance—everything’s about to shift from operational execution to creative oversight and strategic direction.
We urgently need to recalibrate how we prepare our kids, how we structure our careers, and even how we perceive our value as humans. This isn’t just technological evolution; it’s social evolution happening at lightning speed. Ignoring this isn’t just risky—it’s reckless. The shift is coming, ready or not.
@jamiedsmith If you are Jamie Smith Web...please contact me. I have been receiving call for you for the last couple of years and it's getting frustrating!
This is the deal:
1. Send me a DM with the email you're using in Magnific
