@AmericanAir We have been on the airplane for 2.5 hours and have not been offered water or snacks. In fact we tried and were berated and said that they would not give us food and water because we were “being rude”. This is unacceptable and illegal
@AmericanAir I just want you to know that your crew for flight A 1705 to Chicago has been incredibly disrespectful to all of the customers onboard. You guys really need to work on your delay/customer service policy. Your employees need customer service training badly

@Delta I am trying to add a pet to my reservation but the only way to do it is to wait on hold for over 2 hours?? That is absurd. There needs to be an easier way. Please help.
@Delta Hello,I booked a flight in June from Chicago to Calgary, non-stop. I was just informed now that the flight has changed and now includes a 2.5 hour layover in Minneapolis. Talked to a customer service rep and they said there was nothing they can do? That’s insane!! Terrible
