@BMW_UK Very disappointed with my local BMW service centre on Friday (Worcester)😡 I decided to have to car serviced early just for peace of mind and to fit in with my busy schedule, wife dropped car of my local dealer on Friday only to be told the car wasn’t due for a service

service advisor was no help whatsoever so ended up going to a different dealer where my requests were no problem??

so they couldn’t upload the service data to the I-drive as it would mess the service schedule up, they then said we could have the receipt for the service instead, call me and I ask them just to service the car and update the I-drive and again was told not possible 😡😡
