and im gonna say this once and for all if u see me as a solo fan pls just unfollow me cause lowkey im not gonna have y'all talking behind my back on saying how much u talk abt jay like as if u guys dont talk about y'all's biases more then the rest of the members too.
tbf i wld say, you are wasting a ton of money to just make them do aegyo or do this and that has nothing to say.. so it truly bring down on how u wanna make the best quality time with them with that limited less then 2 minutes face 2 face haha per member ๐คฃ
fansigns are such a great opportunity to ask about their songwriting process, development of choreography and suchโฆ but i guess ppl would much rather have them pretend to be their boyfriend/husband/dog/cat ๐ฅฒ
ifl they have made such spaces where by a lot of fans tend to seek validation from (male) idols from time to time also .. like honestly, it is ok but genuinely i did be there to ask them back how was their day to make them at least have a remember that i care for them as a return
i just wanna share a random thoughtโฆ
one thing that genuinely frustrates me abt kpop culture, or fandom culture in general, is how you can tell that some ppl arenโt really interested music and art. it feels like everything revolves around idolsโ visuals and the fantasy of having some sort of personal relationship with them, rather than what they actually want to share with their fansโฆ
i notice this a lot during fancalls, fansigns, fanmeetings, etc. sometimes it feels like fans arenโt even genuinely curious abt them as artists or as people, and instead just want them to act like their boyfriends, their babies, their cats/dogs or whatever.
and honestly, it kinda pisses me offโฆ like, i personally wouldnโt want to do fancalls bc the concept just isnโt for me, but what iโd LOVE to experience is a fansign where i could actually sit down and talk to them face to face.
sadly, thatโs almost impossible for me to experience, so it genuinely pmo when i see ppl get these opportunities and not use them to make the boys feel seen for who they actually are. you could ask them about their music, their creative process, what inspires them, what they love doing, or simply have a genuine conversation with themโฆ like, as an artist and a fan, yk?
anyways moots plsplspls feel free to yap to me personally i swear i dont bite .. i literally just reply quite nonchalantly sometimes but i swearrr im super friendly ๐ฃ!
im just thinking out loud, the exchange of all fandom activities comes with all the hard work and i really need to get it started cause many concerts are honestly waiting for me .. and it is admirable for does that work for all this concerts and etc heh
