It’s official. I'm running to represent South Carolina in the United States Senate. 🇺🇸
Today, I’m stepping forward to carry my brother Lindsey’s legacy on behalf of the people of South Carolina.
President Trump told me, "Run, Darline, Run." With his support, I'm running all the way through the finish line in November.
I hope you'll join me: https://t.co/km6T6JEua5
We need to fix our immigration policy so we can admit the creators so they can build on American soil and create value here. In particular, it makes no sense to educate the best and brightest at Federally subsidized educational institutions and then send them home.
Standing behind Darline are some of the most dedicated Graham staff. Most people don't realize how long Lindsey's staff stayed with him. Nearly unheard of tenures. Speaks volumes about him as a person and a senator.
"I think this is what Lindsey would have wanted, and I plan to honor him in this way," Nordone said.
She paused, and looked upward.
"To Lindsey," Nordone said. "I miss you more than I can even put into words, but I'm going to do this. I got it." #scpol#scnews#chsnews
Passing Senator Graham’s bipartisan Russia sanctions bill would make for a fitting tribute. The key sponsors have reportedly reached agreement with the White House and Lindsey was pushing the legislation yesterday - from Kyiv. Sen. Graham sought to end this terrible war on terms that preserve Ukrainian independence. The Senate should go to work.
Lindsey had a series of repeatable riffs.

On my weekly commute from Nebr to DC, I often had one of my kids in tow. My youngest grew from age 3 to 12 over my tenure. Whenever LG would approach me at Judic or ArmedServices, he’d first pretend not to notice Breck, and just dive into his topic. But then, one sentence in, he’d interrupt himself & turn to fist-bump my kid with:
“Oh hey dude. Sorry about your social security. You’re screwed!”

There is an outpouring of messages from lawmakers regarding Senator Lindsey Graham, and his impact on their lives. This note I got from Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) stands out: "He took time with my children and family and welcomed me in every room. He gave me seats at tables that would have taken me years to pull up on my own."
Maybe the foreigners have it right. Maybe the eagle and the flyover and the canyon and the kindness of a stranger with car keys really are worth crossing an ocean to see. Maybe, watching them fall in love with the place we take for granted, we could fall in love with it again ourselves and decide to be a little more charitable to the neighbor God told us to love, even when we cannot stand how he votes.

I’ve been wanting to write this for a while because, more often than not, I find myself doomscrolling, screaming “NOT ALL WOMEN!” It seems like most of the women represented in media are, for lack of a better word, insane. So this is for you—the woman reading this who has been quietly holding it together while the world loses its collective mind.

"Coaches will leave football programs in the middle of a title run, to join a program in order to have a better chance of making a title run. Whilst currently being further away."
One result that was really consistent across states in exit polling, however, is that people are feeling the cost of living. Like it or not, inflation is growing faster than wages again. And yes, tariffs are playing a role, but not the only role. Republicans promised they’d lower grocery prices, and grocery prices are on the rise. It’s not a coincidence that coffee prices and banana prices are showing up repeatedly in stories about grocery prices going up. The President has placed a big tariff on the countries from which we get those things. Yes, Republicans, the economy still matters, and, contrary to the President, tariffs are hurting people.
Also, I need to add that some Republicans will say candidates no longer matter because if Jason Miyares can lose, because it is now just “D” v “R,” we ought to go for broke. But actually, Mamdani could have lost to a better candidate than Cuomo. Miyares could have won with a better candidate than Sears at the top of the ticket.
It is why, in a state like South Carolina, voters should commit Nancy Mace to a mental health facility instead of the party’s nomination for Governor next year, and GOP candidates across the country must be on their A game at all times.
Certainly, the press and Democrats will read far more into last night’s results than is there, but Republicans must read into the results their party’s inability to turn out votes on just brand awareness or supporting Trump. And, frankly, in some states, identifying with Trump instead of building one’s own name and brand is not a winning strategy.

PEPFAR is the epitome of soft power. It is a Republican initiative, it is pro-life, pro-America and the most popular U.S. program in Africa. There’s even a waiver acknowledging this, yet I’m told that drugs are still being withheld at clinics in Africa. This must be reversed immediately!!
You all understand the incentives created by these blanket, pre-emptive pardons, right?
The bureaucrats, appointees, and lawmakers of the party in power will feel increasingly free to break the law while in office.
“Why don’t you Progressive Hill staffers go ahead and do that, sounds like a great idea for you to only work 32 hours a week,” replied Conservative Hill staffers….
