@LoganMohtashami @WDFlooring According to the chart we would see home prices surge and inventory would continue to remain very low. I assume mortgage rates would remain elevated in this type of environment. Are there similarities in how the Fed is approaching inflation today compared to 70s?

Would love to see some data on how stagflation impacts home prices, mortgage rates, and if this scenario is plausible given our current trajectory.

@Jonny_fun_guy Oh yeah not necessarily disagreeing with you there. There are other possibilities with this dump as well. But I think from a cash prospective they have what they need on hand to get through their Parkinson's trial. Their board just bought a ton of shares as well…we shall see.

I say this knowing that slowly rendering meat is the point of smoking but curious how including a pre-sear would impact cook.

@madscientistbbq Good sir, I need your laboratory to try something out. I have watched several videos of you smoking fatty meats. When completed they look great but the fat is not entirely rendered. Would it work to sear or cook on high heat a pork belly/brisket then into smoker?
