Couldn’t b more disappointed with my 1st trial of @tier_mobility scooter in2 Chelmsford,apart from 2 many restrictions on where u can go,speed fluctuated during and to top it off I couldn’t end my ride,they would not answer help line cutting me off twice!🤷🏼‍♂️😡#chelmsfordcouncil
