@BATA_India I am a registered customer and I have some loyalty points in my account. While placing the order, my points got deducted but order was not placed. I have been following up with customer service 4m a week and no response yet. Very pathetic service.

@airtelbank customer service numbers provided 400 and 8800688006 are of no help. Never get to anyone and it's keep on go rounds with IVR. I have been trying to reach you from past 7 days regarding my FASTAG but of no use. Very pathetic service.

Yes agree with you very pathetic service. The executives are trained very well just like robot to say only framed sentences 'we will revert in 48 hrs' nothing happens there after. I am following up for my loyalty points but no luck.

When I shared the details, it said I will get a call in 12 hours with resolution. It's more than 24 hours no response from any one. And even when called customer care got the same old response, you will get response in 3 days... when to expect a solution @JeffBezos @AmazonHelp
