Consistent negligence over many years in the same way. Recognition of the negligence with little to no compensation to the consumer.

I’ve never seen a game handled so incompetently quite like than Pokémon Go. The “we apologize” posts are so trite. What a joke.

In any other industry, this consistent amount of failures would get someone / division heads fired.

@drjeriel @eekjoanna Windy conditions. Start a route you’ve never started before and start the incense AFTER the route has started. If extending with roar of time, pause the route. That puts you in the best position to see one. If it’s not windy still do thr route thing.
