Let me explain why I think Freddy resonates.
Lots of Europeans visit the USA as tourists. They visit New York City, or Washington DC, or Hollywood, or Las Vegas, and if they visit natural beauty too, they go to really crowded places like the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone.
So while they see our cultural and natural icons, they are mostly in blue cities and they therefore also see the decline, the homeless, the drugs, the dirt and the rude, rude Americans.
But Freddy is not doing that. Freddy is driving, and he’s doing it through the heartland, where people are kind and polite, the skies are wide open, and the bounty of Buc-ees and Bass Pro Shops are overwhelming.
Freddy is not seeing fentanyl and decline.
He is seeing the real, hopeful, patriotic, kind America that European tourists rarely traverse.
And he loves it.
That’s why Freddy is a phenomenon.
🚨 WOW! A pro-ICE ad just ran during the Super Bowl
“These are Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers.”
“They are friends and neighbors.. sons, fathers, they’re little league coaches and veterans, they’re people who love this country.”
“They are removing violent criminals from our streets and neighborhoods. It's dangerous and difficult work, but ICE has one mission: to make America a safer place to live and that's what they're doing.”
God Bless these heroes 🇺🇸
We are commanded in Scripture to pray for our leaders. Our President @realDonaldTrump faces multiple challenges every day on many fronts Think about it. Venezuela. Gaza. Ukraine. Iran. Cuba. Violence in American cities. World crushing problems and our President bears the weight of decisions that will determine the future of the world. God is calling us to pray. Let me urge you to take time tomorrow on Wednesday 1/14 at Noon to join many of us who will be praying fervently. So much is at stake. We need God and Donald Trump needs our prayers.
Let’s all be praying for the people of Iran—especially for the many Iranian Christians among them. These are courageous men and women standing up at great personal cost.
It’s worth remembering that the Iranian regime fears its own people more than any foreign power. That tells you something.
Iran is not just a headline or a political talking point. It is an ancient civilization, a biblically significant land, tragically hijacked by terrorists in 1979. But God is not finished with the people of Iran.
Let’s pray for freedom, for protection, and for the Gospel to continue spreading—even in the darkest places. God often does His greatest work when oppression thinks it has the final word.”
We spent ten years teaching a nation that some laws are optional.
Wednesday morning, a woman believed us.
Now she's dead.
Three shots. One through the windshield. Two through the window.
Renee Good. 37. Mother of three. Shot in the head on Portland Avenue...blocks from where George Floyd died.
She drove into an ICE operation to "observe."
Agents surrounded her car.
She turned the wheel and hit the gas.
They opened fire.
One side calls her a martyr.
One side calls her a terrorist.
Both are using her corpse to keep their tribe warm.
And Christians are lined up on both sides, baptizing their politics in Bible verses.
Here's what nobody wants to read:
"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation."
Romans 13:1-2.
Not the powers you like.
Not the laws you agree with.
The powers. Period.
We built a theology of rebellion and called it justice.
Immigration law? Racist.
Border enforcement? Violence.
ICE agents? Nazis.
Sanctuary cities? Righteous.
Obstruction? Resistance.
We catechized a generation in lawlessness.
And now we're shocked someone died believing the catechism.
$250 million in fraud, exposed by a kid with a camera because the state wouldn't act.
Daycare centers collecting checks for children who don't exist.
The system knew. Did nothing.
And when the feds showed up to enforce the law we'd been ignoring, we called it tyranny.
A Christian nation isn't churches on corners.
It's a people who fear God enough to submit to the order He ordained.
Not because every law is just.
Not because every ruler is righteous.
Because God established civil authority...and rebellion against it is rebellion against Him.
Peter said "We ought to obey God rather than men."
Yes. When Caesar demands worship.
When the law commands sin.
When government contradicts God.
Immigration enforcement isn't asking you to deny Christ.
Border security isn't the mark of the beast.
This isn't Daniel. This is Americans who don't like a law and dressed rebellion in righteousness.
Three children will grow up without a mother.
Not because America enforces laws.
Because America stopped teaching that law comes from somewhere higher than politics.
Is America still a Christian nation?
A Christian nation fears God.
Submits to authority...even authority it didn't elect.
Grieves lawlessness instead of celebrating it.
We did none of that.
Minneapolis just showed us the fruit.
"The powers that be are ordained of God."
Either we believe it or we don't.
A woman is dead.
And her blood answers the question for us.
🚨This account from a Venezuelan security guard loyal to Nicolás Maduro is absolutely chilling—and it explains a lot about why the tone across Latin America suddenly changed.
Security Guard: On the day of the operation, we didn't hear anything coming. We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation. The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions. We didn't know how to react.
Interviewer: So what happened next? How was the main attack?
Security Guard: After those drones appeared, some helicopters arrived, but there were very few. I think barely eight helicopters. From those helicopters, soldiers came down, but a very small number. Maybe twenty men. But those men were technologically very advanced. They didn't look like anything we've fought against before.
Interviewer: And then the battle began?
Security Guard: Yes, but it was a massacre. We were hundreds, but we had no chance. They were shooting with such precision and speed... it seemed like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute. We couldn't do anything.
Interviewer: And your own weapons? Didn't they help?
Security Guard: No help at all. Because it wasn't just the weapons. At one point, they launched something—I don't know how to describe it... it was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside. We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move.
Interviewer: And your comrades? Did they manage to resist?
Security Guard: No, not at all. Those twenty men, without a single casualty, killed hundreds of us. We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I've never seen anything like it. We couldn't even stand up after that sonic weapon or whatever it was.
Interviewer: So do you think the rest of the region should think twice before confronting the Americans?
Security Guard: Without a doubt. I'm sending a warning to anyone who thinks they can fight the United States. They have no idea what they're capable of. After what I saw, I never want to be on the other side of that again. They're not to be messed with.
Interviewer: And now that Trump has said Mexico is on the list, do you think the situation will change in Latin America?
Security Guard: Definitely. Everyone is already talking about this. No one wants to go through what we went through. Now everyone thinks twice. What happened here is going to change a lot of things, not just in Venezuela but throughout the region.
BREAKING: The Trump Administration announces the 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, putting REAL FOOD back at the center of health. 🇺🇸

Hey @grok
Please make a grocery list for a family of 3 based on this food pyramid
Include foods not pictured but in the same categories as items pictured (ex: brussel sprouts not pictured but still a green vegetable)
DFW-area pastor here. For onlookers, there's a misleading freakout about this every year. Here's what's true...
1) It's not a church service, it's a special event they do for the city and the city loves it
2) They don't use tithe dollars to do it; they sell tix (at CONSIDERABLY lower rates than anyone else in DFW would charge for a production that scale)
3) If I understand correctly, they use some of the recouped money for benevolence purposes
4) They share a very clear gospel with an enormous number of people
5) All the culturally dignified Christians who mock it are also the ones that talk about how Christians should engage the arts (but by "arts" they only mean the type of arts that high brow progressives value)
The annual freakout about it is one of the silliest things on Christian Social Media
Yes Crockett, a physician named Dr. Jeffrey Epstein (who is a totally different person than the other Jeffrey Epstein) donated to a prior campaign of mine.
NO 👏 FREAKIN 👏 RELATION 👏 YOU 👏 GENIUS!!!
I was just told that we have more press interest in Sunday’s celebration of Charlie Kirk’s life and legacy than there is for the Super Bowl.
The gospel of Jesus Christ is about to be proclaimed to the largest audience in the history of humanity.
To God be the Glory.

.@ClayTravis has a blunt response to Barack Obama’s claim that he “doesn’t know” what motivated Charlie Kirk’s murder.
In just two minutes, Travis summed up what every angry American is feeling right now.
“YOU CAUSED THIS!”
“You can’t call the president of the United States Adolf Hitler for 10 years… you cannot say that anyone who voted for Trump or advocated for him like you, me, Riley, and Charlie Kirk are Nazis, and then when someone tries to kill us, suddenly say, ‘We condemn this violence.’ You caused it!”
“Look at me right now! You caused this! When you tell people that someone is Hitler, you are telling crazy people: go kill them. And I’m sick of pretending that is anything other than what they are doing. … Charlie Kirk bore the brunt of that left-wing violence.”
BREAKING: The Supreme Court has ruled in a 6-3 decision in the Medina v. Planned Parenthood case that state Medicaid programs can DEFUND Planned Parenthood.
Huge breakthrough for the cause of life. Planned Parenthood should absolutely NOT receive a dime of taxpayer money.
H/T: @ADFLegal which argued this case.
