@Olacabs yesterday booked a ride OLA showed Rs.86/- to be paid. After reaching destination the driver charged me 136/-. I called OLA call center the executive wasted my 1 hour without resolving. Over and above I received email stating problem resolved. STRANGE WAY OF WORKING

@Olacabs even if driver cancels your ride you will be charged. The customer is supposedly required to check notification in the app. Business model unethical.
