No mention that I told them about the error a day before they posted it. Hopeless and no offer of a solution
@SportsDirectUK hopeless customer service. Have ordered size 14 shoes, you send notify that you are sending size 7 then refuse to remedy your error. Sure i get a refund if I post them back to send them to uk. Why should I pay to fix it???
@SportsDirectUK 24 hours after I complained on Twitter. A few replies asking me to send details on DM. Many messages saying they “understand” but that there is nothing that will do to fix their mistake and then a final insulting email to tell me they are posting the wrong item
@SportsDirectUK For the record I sent you the details via DM. You did nothing and 20 hours later sent me an email confirming that you have now posted the wrong shoes
@leebloys@SportsDirectUK Wish I realised this before I ordered. Not only stuffing up the order, but then the customer service tries to play games rather than apologise and fix the problem

@SportsDirect_CS I replied with details and all they did was send out a confirmation that they have now sent out the wrong shoes!!! Sorry they also sent me an email to say they “understand” and know I am “frustrated” but did not offer to fix their mistake!!! What shoe company sends the wrong size
