@StubHub self serving “policy”. I followed their “no refund policy” and resold tickets. They collected money from new buyer (9 mos after event rescheduled) AND also withholding my pmt until event happens in 4 mos. They sold same tkts 2x’s and holding cash from both transactions.
@StubHub - just saw an attempted charge to my credit card for $508 from stubhub. may have been for tickets sold and event rescheduled. what's up with the charge? the buyer has the tickets...
@StubHub when you accept payment from the buyer and withhold payment to the reseller of said ticket, and you defended it with "no exception policy", that's border line unethical.
