@Craig15Donovan @ATRightMovies I don’t recognize the original film posted but you clearly do. Mind sharing what it is? I’ve heard Delicerance is intense and haven’t seen it yet!
@00Dad_Again@sbkaufman Thanks for saying this. It’s disheartening seeing people reduce centuries of oppression and displacement down to three sentences. Everyone is so self righteous about this and they’re often people who haven’t ever experienced living in trauma of generational war. It’s a shame.
@sbkaufman@manes It wasn’t podcast related- I just reached out as a trans psychologist hoping you were truly interested in a compassionate conversation about where our work has led us. It’s a discussion way too complex for short tweets. I appreciate this though, thank you.
@sbkaufman@manes@sbkaufman you replied but deleted the tweet. Said you get too many messages to respond to everyone. Awhile back you “welcomed” convo with me but never responded when I tried to find time to connect.
@sbkaufman@manes This wouldn’t bother me if you didn’t boast how you’re always open to learning something or hearing a new perspective. Seems like all talk, no walk. You happily engage with folks who think exactly the same things as you do.
@WGNNews Lmfao at the white lady who has lived in the area for 3 years being “terrified” by how it’s changed in that time.
Way to report the real problems happening in Chicago. 😂😂😂😂
@sbkaufman I see you liked the tweet but am getting an error when I try to message you. If you’d like to have that conversation let me know how we can connect. If not, that’s okay too! These kind of conversations are important and I appreciate your openness to feedback/further discussion!
@sbkaufman I am going out on a limb, but welcome a conversation with you about some errors in this reflection. An honest, respectful, and compassionate conversation. I’m a trans psychologist and I too believe that divisiveness and cancel culture makes things worse.
