@nabunturanguy True. Been in mindanao at could not feel more bostalgic. Basilan is straight out; it feels like it’s still in the 90s. Zamboanga city parang noong 2000s noong pumunta ng Bacolod.

I think meron talaga hindi tama sa system na hindi na tratranslate ang good grades nila sa totoong performance nila. Daming nagrereklamo na ang tataas ng grades pero hindi nagmamanifest.
