Here's the problem with last night's overtime interception. On December 7, this was ruled an interception on the field. Replay review overturned it to a catch. NFL V.P. of instant replay Mark Butterworth defended the decision in a pool report. By January 17, the standard changed.
The Ravens are considered a top 3 organization in the NFL. The owner , support staff, facilities, fan base, all of it.
This HC next hire -- and maximizing Lamar Jackson's next 3-4 years -- will be as big of a decision as there is in the NFL this off-season. @FirstTake@ESPNNFL
The NFL world is understandably dumbfounded by Baltimore's misusage of Derrick Henry last night:
Rodney Harrison: "That's the one guy the Patriots did not want to tackle. ... I absolutely, at times, hate the Ravens' offensive strategy. ... What are you saving him for? You saving him for next year?"
Tony Dungy: "If Steph Curry just hit six three-pointers in a row, you don't take him out and say 'oh, this is your time to rest now.' No. ... You've got a lead. You've got to protect the lead. ... It just did not make any sense to me."
2⃣2⃣'s last touch came at the 12:50 mark, when he punched one in to put his team up by two scores.
