@william776777 Depending on how you look at it, either it takes 30L to completely fill the tank, or if the tank is already 2/3 full, another 10L are needed to fill it up.

@Shahzadi_7979 It Depends. Assuming the narrator and the killer are different people, there are 52 people still in the room, 22 of which are still alive. Though I imagine the living ones would be leaving the room in a panic. So, 30 unalived people still in the room??
