One of the most expensive mistakes you can make with a digital product:
Trying to fix your ads when the real problem is your product.
I've seen people change:
→ creatives
→ audiences
→ campaign objectives
→ landing pages
→ prices
Again.
And again.
And again.
Still no sales.
Sometimes Meta isn't the problem.
The product simply isn't strong enough.
If people don't want what you're selling, better targeting won't magically create demand.
That's why I always want to answer this question FIRST:
"Are people already willing to pay for this?"
Then we worry about traffic.
Product first.
Ads second.
Scale last.
This is one of the biggest things I teach inside The Complete System.

TOFU: static ads can create awareness and curiosity.
MOFU: static ads can educate, handle objections, demonstrate benefits, or build consideration.
BOFU: static ads can push the offer, proof, urgency, price, and CTA.
There’s a Japanese saying that I love:
“If you feel like you’re losing everything, remember, trees lose their leaves every year, yet they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.”
You get a lead.
Cool, now what?
You don't know how to deliver because you spend all of your time on acquisition instead of delivering results.
You're focusing too much on lead gen.
And not enough on delivery.
Both are important.
But nail your results first.
Then scale up.
Business owners are some of the toughest people I know.
starting a business from the ground, sourcing for customers, doing marketing, and running ads all by yourself while relying on that business for income is not for the weak.
You need to be delusional to believe in yourself to run a business.
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. It certainly isn’t for me.
If you do any kind of high ticket selling for your offers, learn how to use quantifiable filters to weed out bad prospects.
And that goes against most of what traditional coaches do which is open the door to everyone and then start weeding out bad prospects.
A quantifiable filter is something tangible that your audience has to do in order to get closer to the goal they want. And no, having money alone is not a quantifiable filter.
For example with coaching, one of my quantifiable filters to work with clients is you have to be creating or willing to put your face on camera. If you’re not willing to do that, we’re not going to get along very much.
If you keep accepting to work with people without these kinds of filters, sure you’ll get sales, but you won’t get the type of people that get results which lead to more sales.
The business that can spend the most to acquire a customer wins.
Not the best creative. The deepest value ladder.
Free, cheap, mid, premium. Now that $97 customer is worth years instead of one transaction, and you can outbid everybody for the same click.
@iamdjzeeno Respect for sharing real numbers, losses included. From my view as a CMO, offer and audience fit beat budget every time: test creative and market small before scaling spend. Which market gives you the best cost per sale now? Let's connect.
When I launched my first digital product in 2020, I only made one sale.
In 2025, I wasted 30k on ad, no single sale, then I partnered with my friend in Jordan to create digital products.
We launched our first product, priced ₦3500, daily ad budget ₦3000 and within 24 hours, we made 7 sales.
That's ₦500 per website purchase which equals ₦27000 revenue and ₦23500 profit.
Last week, I wasted 76k on ad, and only made 3 sales, two sales from Nigeria for a product priced ₦4500 and one sale from UK for a product priced £27.
The Nigeria ad is budgeted at 4k per day because I am using 2 ad creatives, and the UK is 10k per day.
If you remember @ugwu_kj during our last call when I told you I used ₦93k+ to make 4 sales for a product priced £27 which I didn't find profitable.
Afrer converting it, I received ₦143,500 from Gumroad, that wqs after they removed their charged, and I got ₦50,300 in profit, I had to pause the ad.
Did I make sales, yes.
Did I got some profit, yes.
Was it profitable, not really.
Did my strategy worked, yes it does but to the extent I think.
In marketing, anything can happen. Your best strategy, I mean, a strategy you are 100% sure of that it will work, can disappoint you while the one you didn't think will work will give you results.
A product you think may sell may end up not selling as you think that's why it's very important to test your product for at least 48-72 hours if you have the funds.
At the end, everyone should stick to what works for them.
The day you get serious about clearing debt and building wealth, nobody will notice.
Your friends will still think you're stingy. Your family will still think you're broke.
Let them. Real money is quiet.

For you to make sales
You need leads
For leads to come up need content
For your content to attract you must be creative
The question now is
Are you creative ??🤓
Buh so many affiliate marketers Dey sit down like top affiliates with their mics and expect people to sit and watch them the same way they watch top affiliates??
At your beginning phase, be crazy, attract, stop sitting down and forming aura when u haven’t made results nobody go listen to you ohh😂😂
For the main time ehh, act stupid, bro that strange part of you people are interested in it, once you start am watch how your content would flow
This is what those self acclaimed ads guru will never tell you guys because they are just interested in selling whatever course they offer.
For an ads to give you Optimum results, it involves testing, a bit of your ads spend, and patience while you learn what works for your offer
