You can’t make it up. Congressional Representative attempts to troll the “right wing trolls”, but doesn’t allow replies. And this is who *represents* the people of Minnesota.
Always a joy to celebrate Somali Independence Day on Lake Street!
Contrary to right wing trolls, Somalis are helping Minnesota thrive.

“The Court today takes the extraordinary step of holding facially unconstitutional the President’s Order excluding from citizenship the children of foreign temporary visitors and illegal aliens. In doing so, the Court adds to the sad history of the Fourteenth Amendment, which was designed and understood to secure equal rights for the freed blacks but has instead been repurposed for political projects that the Reconstruction Congress did not support.”
Justice Clarence Thomas at his best. His dissent should be read and studied for generations. Think of how many illegal aliens crossed the border during the Biden administration alone. Think of the unintended consequences we have yet to face. How much did the Obama, Biden and other Progressive Democrat administrations use the Constitution as a repurposed political project for liberals?
@katiebrennan_32 You’re celebrating that $120M won’t fall on JC residents by telling them it’ll fall on the backs of the rest of NJ residents…
And somehow you’re patting yourself on the back at the same time?
@GovSherrillNJ@grok has there ever been incidents of ballot harvesting fraud in New Jersey? Also, it is difficult to detect mail ballot fraud, because the fraud is usually discovered after the election, right?
@NewJerseyOAG Sounds like you’ve got some TDS. Liberal policies are responsible for making life less affordable. Look no further than the 20% inflation during the Biden Administration, the highest in 40 years.
Does 20% inflation make prices higher or lower??
@BrianJFoley1958@AlexSauickie The New Jersey Legislature - both chambers - has been controlled by democrats for 22 years. I’d say New Jersey’s fiscal abyss is the result of liberals & their policies
“Fighting to make summer camp free for all kids”
What’s wrong with @SenatorAndyKim, @GovSherrillNJ, @RebeccaForNJ07 and the rest of the liberal vision?
They want government intervention, to the point that your family and children depend on it. It’s a pernicious social vision that implies not just control, but also the liberal arrogance that citizens can’t raise their family without government help. It sounds great, it's just the reality that doesn't cooperate.
By the way, it is the same playbook that Lyndon Johnson had when he spoke at Howard University in June of 1965, and it's a devastating social vision. Look it up.
It always brings a smile to my face when I pick my boys up from summer camp and get to hear about their adventures. Every kid should have these opportunities.
That's why I introduced the Summer Camp for All Act to make sure ALL kids are able to build these memories.
Kudos to Cape May County for stepping up to represent New Jersey at the Great American State Fair! When NJ put partisan politics in the way of celebrating America’s birthday, Cape May is showing the whole country the majesty of our state!

@RebeccaForNJ07 Hey Rebecca, do you favor sanctuary policies in New Jersey and will you support abolishing ICE? There are alot of people who need your help. Thanks in advance.
“40 percent of Jersey City residents were born in another country”
53% of immigrant households receive welfare benefits. Rough estimates show 61% of illegal alien households receive welfare.
37% of U.S. born households receive a welfare benefit. It’s no surprise that @SolomonforJC, @katiebrennan_32, @SenatorAndyKim and the rest of the liberal left are begging for NJ taxpayers to bail out Jersey City for $120 million, while pushing Sanctuary City policies in the very same breath.
Unintended consequences at its finest.

Note that the CIS data is only published through 2022. The situation became far worse until the 2024 election.
Illegal immigration and the Youth Workforce:
According to the Center for Immigration Studies, around the year 1990 there were about 19.8 million foreign born workers in the US (7.9% of the population). By 2022, that number jumped to 46.7m (14.2% of the population). We know that ballpark estimates of illegal aliens in the U.S. are somewhere around 11 million (some estimates put it around 20 million).
If you look at a chart of Unemployment among 16-19 year olds since 1960, you get a fairly rangebound rate around 15%.
HOWEVER, if you look at a chart of the Labor Force Participation Rate among 16-19 year olds, things get interesting. From 1950 to 1990, the LFPR for adolescent teenagers was about 55%. Yet beginning in 1990, the participation rate fell to around 35% over the course of 20-some years, and has been there ever since.
A 20% increase in the 16-19 year old labor force would be about 3.5 million jobs.
The Labor Force Participation Rate for 20-24 year olds peaked in 2000 around 78.4%, and now stands at around 70% (the Unemployment Rate has also hovered range-bound at about 9% for this demographic).
An 8% increase in the 20-24 year old labor force would be around 1.7 million jobs.
I'd say 5.2 million additional working hands would be enough to cover whatever workforce is included in the 11 million estimated illegal aliens.
Here's the kicker: When did the H-1B Visa program start? The Immigration Act of 1990.
Long story short, you want to tap NJ taxpayers for $120 million.
Steve Fulop was/is a Democrat, just like you. Same ideology, same outcome. You've got history working for Murphy, DeBlasio, and Hochul...
Didn't you once say, "I dream of a world where doctors can prescribe a home and where Medicaid can pay rent"? That doesn't sound like you want to fix a budget.
“If I was a straight white male, I might be concerned I don’t have the same opportunity.”
Says former straight white male now fully embracing DEI discriminatory practices…
SCOOP: California is pressuring public utilities to award $633 million in special contracts to "LGBT-owned" firms. To qualify, residents must go through the state's official gay-certification program—and face up to a year in jail if they're not gay enough.

Why would a giant American bank $WFC own railcars? One of the more interesting transactions I have read about. GATX doubled its railcar fleet in the Wells Fargo Rail transaction/JV with $BIP and over time, $GATX will have the opportunity to acquire 100% equity in the railcars.
