@omanair it's been a month since you cancelled our flight and you haven't provided compensation, shame on you. I am just asking what is fair after you cancelled our flight! It is our right! Please solve our case!
@DGAC@omanair has failed to provide compensation regarding a flight cancellation on April 12th. According to the Article 19 under the Montreal Convention, the airline is reponsible for expenses derivated from cancellation. Can you help me sort this out? Thank you!
