@N26_Support @N26_Support furthermore, at least on the Spanish support webpage, there is no clear indication to clear everything and "unlink" the current mobile device. So even if I want to do a hard reset of everything, there is no help for that.
Again, it really looks very much "non-tested"

I have managed to get the link on my email, and my face pictures and video, and your App message telling me I will have my account linked. But when I receive the email message of everything done, it is still the same on the App. Really sad.
