"La cuestión que plantea Iustitia es si se debe comprobar qué nacionalidades de los hijos derivan de ese mismo título antes de que sus inscripciones produzcan efectos electorales definitivos.

Los datos incorporados al procedimiento judicial reflejan 189.678 inscripciones consulares correspondientes al anexo III a 31 de julio de 2026, aunque esa cifra no equivale necesariamente al número de electores efectivamente incorporados al CERA. Precisamente por ello, esta parte reclama su identificación y trazabilidad antes de que avance definitivamente el proceso electoral.

Iustitia ha solicitado al Supremo que aplique al a este grupo de electores el mismo régimen cautelar ya establecido para los nacionalizados directamente por la "ley de nietos", con las adaptaciones que el propio TS considere necesarias".

Señores de @Milenio, hay un error en su información.

Iustitia Europa no recurrió la instrucción de 2022. El plazo para hacerlo ya había transcurrido. Ningún partido político lo hizo. Nosotros ni siquiera nos habíamos constituido.

Lo que hicimos fue denunciarlo ante la Junta Electoral Central, con una estrategia jurídica clara desde el principio por parte de @LMPardoAbogado: recurrir posteriormente su acuerdo ante el Tribunal Supremo, donde sabíamos que podíamos conseguir medidas cautelares. Y lo logramos.

Y seguimos trabajando.

Podría ser que el Piloto subestimó esa última zona y ahi marcó su destino

Writing this in my personal capacity, but I have been flying these types of aircraft for more than 20 years, with over 8,000 hours, and have reasonable familiarity with how the charter world operates. I feel compelled to post after seeing commentary about the Lear 60 crash, from missile strikes to DEI to critiquing this poor woman’s final radio calls.

That last part is what I find most troubling. She was the second-in-command (SIC), and while she was empowered to point out mistakes as part of good crew resource management, she was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation. She likely knew before many of those calls that she was going to die. I have heard final calls from friends, from military pilots with thousands of hours in fighter aircraft, and they are just as heartbreaking because they know the end is approaching.

I understand the public interest given the footage and audio. But you do not know the aircraft’s maintenance history, whether there was a structural failure, if any failure was induced by turbulence, overspeed, or overcontrol, or everything happening in that cockpit. I am sure weather will be part of the investigation, but beyond that, it is speculation. The charter industry routinely hires commercial pilots very early in their careers to gain experience alongside an ATP-qualified captain before they move up to the airlines. She would still have the appropriate training, qualifications, and checkouts by an FAA examiner or designee.

Let people investigate, learn, and share the facts. Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones.

Luis María Pardo ha vuelto a acudir a la Junta Electoral Central para exigir aclaraciones sobre MiDNI, MiDGT y los demás sistemas de identificación digital.

En @IustitiaEuropa concurrimos por Madrid como candidatura número 8, por lo que este asunto nos afecta directamente, al igual que al resto de candidaturas y a todos los votantes.

Exigimos que se suspenda el uso de estas aplicaciones para sustituir al DNI, pasaporte o permiso de conducir físicos al identificarse ante la mesa electoral.

En Iustitia Europa llevamos años luchando por la transparencia electoral. En las últimas semanas hemos exigido explicaciones sobre los nuevos sistemas de identificación de los votantes.

Ahora volvemos a acudir a la Junta Electoral Central porque el DNI digital aparece autorizado para el 29N sin que estén claras las soluciones ante posibles fallos.

¿Qué pasa si se avería el lector, no hay cobertura o se caen los servidores de la Policía? ¿Qué harán las mesas electorales? Estamos hablando del voto de millones de españoles.

Por eso exigimos que se suspenda su uso hasta que existan garantías suficientes. No podemos descubrir el protocolo el día de las elecciones, cuando el sistema falle. Nos tememos lo peor.

En @IustitiaEuropa llevamos dando esta batalla mucho antes de presentar nuestra candidatura al Congreso por Madrid para este 29N, y mucho antes de que los demás partidos se acordaran de estos problemas porque llegaban las elecciones. Somos muy conscientes de que nos jugamos mucho y por eso siempre hemos actuado.

Iustitia irá hasta el final. Iustitia es el voto útil.

Hace semanas exigimos información sobre los nuevos sistemas de identificación electoral, incluidos los DNI expedidos en consulados y los certificados electrónicos.

Tras conocer las respuestas y comprobar que siguen sin resolverse cuestiones esenciales, ahora exigimos suspender el uso del DNI digital (MiDNI) para votar.

¿Qué ocurre si falla el lector, se cae la conexión o no funciona el verificador de la Policía?

La propia JEC ya suspendió su uso por razones de seguridad. No se puede improvisar con las garantías electorales este 29N.
