I actually don’t think dragapult is really that broken. The deck isn’t THAT strong. It’s only perceived as broken because of the context it’s in.
TPCI is trying to pull back power creep and as a result half the broken cards rotated last month but we’re still left with some broken cards (drakloak). So now, those broken cards left are totally dominating the format because all the newer cards and the cards they’re currently printing are bad in comparison.
Just look at some of the reveals lately, they’re awful. No Drakloak equivalent in sight. It’s honestly unfortunate and a misstep with the cutoff of G block and H block being where it was.
I’ve seen way more broken decks than some random 200 + 6 damage counters and a built in draw engine. It’s just that much better than all this other garbage were forced to play in this reverse power creep scenario
